You may be able to submit or upload content to the App, including but not limited to images and contact list information ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the App.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spider Soft Solution and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
